Be prepared for an in-depth study of issues related to economic disadvantage that affect recruitment, retention, placement and training of vocational education students! From Fresno: Take Highway 99 north to Merced. Exit Highway 99 at R Street / V Street. Turn right onto R Street. Continue to 15th Street. Turn right onto 15th Street. The Mc Comb Youth Center will be on your left. FREE parking in lot adjacent to Center. From Stockton: Take Highway 99 south to Merced. Exit Highway 99 at R Street / V Street. Turn left onto R Street.
