10:00 a.m.  Introductions and Goals

10:30 a.m.  College presentations will provide a look at the benefits and challenges faced when vocational education and economic development entities work together.  Presentations from:

Carlos Diniz, Associate Dean at West Hills College Lemoore

Kd Knudson, Dean of Vocational Education and Economic Development at Bakersfield College

Larry Rathbun, Dean of Vocational Education at West Hills College Coalinga

Bill Scroggins, Interim President, and George Boodrookas, Dean of Economic & Workforce Development, Modesto Junior College

11:30 a.m.  The Grand Affair - Networking Lunch to include Harris Ranch Choice New York Strip Loin and more!  

12:15 p.m.  "Getting It Done" with Economic & Workforce Development (EWD) Program support.  EWD Center and Initiative Directors will provide an overview of services available to regional college clients, access information, and lead time required to access services.  In addition, each presenter will highlight at least one successful joint project or accomplishment with an on-campus program.  Benefits, steps taken to accomplish the project, challenges encountered and solutions to the challenges will be shared.
