Traveling North or South on Interstate 5, look for exit signs to State Highway 198 and Coalinga. Harris Ranch is easy to see right from the highway, on the Southeast side of the I-5 exit ramps.

The LEARNING begins at 10 a.m. in the Ballroom

We will conclude the workshop session by 3:00 p.m.

A light continental breakfast will be available at 9:30 a.m.  ENJOY Harris Ranch beef for lunch at approximately 12 noon.  Compliments of the Central Region Consortium.

The NETWORKING LUNCHEON will include a presentation from Nancy Jones of the Statewide Career Pathways Project / Academic Senate for the CCCs.

This agenda is intended to be responsive to the colleges' request for a day of interaction to share campus models.  College teams have been asked to submit sample SLO documents that will be duplicated for attendees. 

The State of SLOs at Your College:

• Your stage in the accreditation process

• Your experience with accreditation, if applicatble

• What worked?

• What were (and are) your challenges?

Sharing Models:

• Course SLOs

• Program SLOs

• College SLOs

Assessments:

• What assessments are you using for COURSE, PROGRAM, and COLLEGE SLOs?

• How are you measuring each course, program, and college SLO?

• How is improvement made based on the assessment results?

Conclude by 3 p.m.  We have use of the Ballroom for the day, so if your college team would like to work on WRITING SLOs or discussing topics shared during the earlier session, you may do so.
