Bulletin Board AnnouncementsCustomer Service Academy Train-the-TrainerThe Customer Service Academy (CSA) has been delivered to hundreds of organizations throughout California through the California Community College system. This 80-hour training program has been delivered for credit, non-credit and contract education by dozens of Community Colleges throughout the state. The program has won awards from EWD, CCCAOE, 4CSD, and ACCT (Association of Community College Trustees). Over 130 high school students attended this event in which they toured the campus and were involved in several hands on Foods and Nutrition activities including cooking, nutrition seminars, "From Farm to the Table" horticulture seminars within Japanese quinine.
