Seventy-six participants representing community colleges and K-12 schools participated in an in-depth study of issues related to economic disadvantage that affect recruitment, retention, placement and training of vocational education students!  Workshop content is based upon Dr. Ruby Payne's book, A Framework for Understanding Poverty.
